21 Blackjack is a movie that is based on a system that involves counting cards and communication between players for beeing efective. The movie is set in Harvard and in Los Angeles. Ben Campbell, the main charapter, accepted joining the team for beeing able to afford the Robinson Scholarship. Before travelling to Nevada, he started practising the game, and, three weeks later, they started the trip. In my opinion, this movie is OK. The soundtrack is astonishing in my opinion, but the dialogues are clever and the plot of the film is nice.

My film review, by Alan Pons Hello! Today I will talk about a film that we watched in english class, 21 Blackjack. That film is a 2008 film that talks about a group of university students who starts playing blackjack using counting cards. They practice in the school below the responsabillity of one teacher. Sometimes they go to real casinos to play in search of money. I liked the plot of the story, it seemed original since first moment. When I saw it, I liked and I was intrigued to know what will happened next. However, something not liked to me, some characters. I think someone of them weren't realistic and were plane with no-evolution. In short, I liked the movie and I recommend it, but it's mediocre. There are a lot of better movies in world. 6/10

21 BLACK JACK We saw the film 21 Black Jack in class, directed by Robert Luketic and the premiere day was on March 28 th  of 2008. The film it's based on a true story of MIT Black Jack Team, the main character is a mathematics student at MIT University and he wants to study medicine at Harvard Medical School but he cannot afford the medical studies and a group of poker players suggest him to join their club, and finally he gets in to be able to  pay the studies. One of the best things about the film is that you can see the addition of young people with money and it’s consequences.  What I’ve loved about it is students life at University as the way they come out of their problems. In my opinion, it's a well-acted and unforgettable movie.  I recommended this film because it's a real and shocking story. Give it a miss!

21 Blackjack is a 2008 film directed by Robert Luketic and starring Jim Sturgess ,  Kevin Spacey ,  Laurence Fishburne and  Kate Bosworth. It  tells the story of Ben Campbell, a brilliant MIT student who is recruited by Micky Rosa (a maths teacher) for go into some Las Vegas' casinos with other brilliant students to earn thousands of dollars by using a cheating trick. Ben accepts because he needs the money to enter in a prestigious university.  What I most liked of the film was the way the game scenes have been filmed, with good shots that make you be stuck on the film. On the other hand, I found the main plot a bit unrealistic, because in real casinos, you can't go every week and earns money every time you play without being suspicious... you would've been kicked out at the third time. Overall, I find this film entertaining and I recommend it to everyone who likes this kind of films. But don't expect to watch a masterpiece... i give it a 6
